By downloading, installing, running, or otherwise using WClient (the "Software"), or by accessing this website, our GitHub repository, or our Discord and Telegram communities (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Software or the Services.
WClient is a utility client for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition that operates at the network packet level rather than by modifying game memory directly. It is an independent, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any Minecraft server operator. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft.
The last publicly archived version of WClient's source code is distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPLv3). Your rights to use, modify, and redistribute that source code are governed by the license terms in the repository, not by this page. In short: you may use and modify it freely, and you may redistribute modified or unmodified copies as long as the source code is made available under the same license. You may not present the project or its original code as your own work.
Current development of WClient happens privately and closed-source, and is not covered by the GPLv3 grant described above.
WClient is provided for educational and research purposes. Many multiplayer servers explicitly prohibit the use of utility clients, PvP-assisting features, or similar third-party tools in their own rules. It is entirely your responsibility to:
We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, lost progress, or any other consequence that results from using the Software on a server or platform that doesn't allow it.
You agree not to use the Software or Services to:
The Software and Services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with any particular server or game version.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the WClient team is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software or Services — including account bans, data loss, or damages related to third-party servers you connect to.
Our Discord and Telegram communities exist to support users and discuss the project. We may remove content or restrict access for anyone who violates these Terms, the platform's own rules, or basic standards of respectful conduct.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Software or Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be raised in our Discord or via an issue on our GitHub repository.
